Mike Jinright – General Manager
Located at the Oneonta plant, Mike Jinright has over 30 years experience in the fabrication industry. He started at an entry level position with Shuler Steel and worked his way up to VP of operations, managing three different locations and over 130 employees before joining McMillian Fabrication Works, Inc. He is a team leader who can successfully take a project to completion in a timely manner to satisfy the job schedule required.

John Clark – Remlap Plant Manager
John Clark has 35 years of experience in the fabrication business. John started in heavy fabrication, which eventually led to doing conveyor systems and structural steel projects. In 1985 he was put in his first management position, quoting conveyor projects in the foundry industry. He continues in his expertise, quoting conveyor projects and answering shop questions.

Bob Grundhoefer works up cost estimates and does material take off at McMillian Fabrication Works, Inc. Bob has over 30 years of structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication experience along with a Bachelors Degree from Auburn University. His programming experience includes CNC burning and CNC drill line.
